Welcome to Digital Attitude

At Digital Attitude, our goal is to help people use new technologies in the best possible way, no matter their tech skills. We aim to reinforce, innovate, and shape new habits that reduce employees' tech-stress, simplify their own and their colleagues' work, and improve their digital mastery.

Thanks to Digital Attitude, companies can get the most out of their tech investments, while promoting digital culture and improving overall organizational efficiency and security.

Digital Attitude is based in the heart of Milan - Italy, and our product team is made of young and talented psychologists and developers. We all share a common vision of the modern workplace, and we'd love to meet new people to join us in building the future!

Say hello to H.I.!

H.I., our product, is a virtual coach with a massive brain. It suggests little changes in the way people do everyday actions, exactly when and where they need it. It tailors a program around their needs, engaging them only 3 minutes per day. H.I.'s behavioural change program can target technical skills, like software adoption, or soft skills, like teamwork and collaboration.

What will you be working on?

We are looking for Full-stack JavaScript Developers to join our development team in our journey to make tech adoption seamless. You'll build web apps with the most exciting technologies, including React, Node.js, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and IoT services.

We expect you to be able to read and write technical English, as well as being able to stand an English conversation with customers, colleagues, and partners. We're an international team and speaking Italian is not required at all :)

Being flexible and available to spend some days travelling to other countries is a must.

We expect you to have:

  • Experience in building applications with Node.js
  • Experience in building complex frontends with React, Redux, and GraphQL
  • Basic experience using Amazon Web Services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, IoT)
  • Good understanding of fundamental security concepts such as Two-factor Authentication

We'll consider a plus if you have:

  • Experience using Electron
  • Experience in building serverless cloud infrastructures
  • Open Source projects or contributions (code, documentation, design)
  • Proven knowledge of UX best practices
  • Amazon Web Services certifications
  • Knowledge or interest in positive psychology or change management

We have multiple positions currently open with ranges from internship to senior developers, and we'll be happy to discuss your expectations :)

We strongly believe that learning should be part of our everyday life. As an employee in Digital Attitude you will have the opportunity to attend conferences, events, and both online courses and on-site training workshops.

We care about your well-being! We have partnered with a local gym and you can always find fresh fruits (from local or fair-trade suppliers), tea and Italian coffee in our kitchen. Also, we offer occasional Italian lunch.

Flexible working hours are part of our culture, you'll spend your time with cool and interesting colleagues and have the opportunity to grow on personal and professional level.
